Henry Playbook

What is a HENRY? A HENRY (High Earners, Not Rich Yet) defines people characterized by high house hold income but do not have not accumulated wealth (yet).

Typically HENRYs have jobs in law, medicine, finance, or technology and live in High Cost of Living Cities and have student loans. Despite their high earnings, they have yet to accumulate the assets and investments that traditionally define affluence.
